we’re taking over the blitz bar bistro for a ramen popup again.
this time we worked on an old recipe i was given, at the very first place i was taught cooking ramen.
they served a really good take on tsukmen, which they called reimen.
it’s a super refreshing dish to enjoy on a hot summer day.
we will start serving from 6pm until we are sold out.
